Tiny Town

Do not do business with this car dealership. Bought a 2006 Subaru Outback 3.0R and within one month of purchase I noticed slight engine overheating issues. My mechanic inspected the car and said the car had a faulty head gasket, is not safe to drive and would cost $6000 to fix!! Took the car back to Tiny Town and their "mechanic" looked over the car and said "nothing wrong" with the car. This went back and forth over a few months, which included us getting a second opinion from another mechanic (which confirmed the original mechanic's suspicions), threatening legal action etc. They tried to cover up their wrongs by replacing parts that were not related to the head gasket (i.e. Thermostat), a useless and time-consuming tactic trying to satisfy our demands. In the end we got our refund, but this was only after months of pushing our case and showing our rights under Australian Consumer Law. Don't be fooled by their 'Happy-go-lucky' attitude, if there's something major wrong with the car you've bought from them, they will put you through hell!!
